The small resort community known as Punta Blanca is located in the southern coastal province of Manabi on the peninsula of Santa Elena, approximately 75 miles from the large industrial port of Guayaquil (Ecuador’s most populous city) and around 6 miles from the well known coastal resort and vacation destination of Salinas.
