The Ministry of Tourism gave 279 establishments the "Q" Quality Tourism seal with which companies gain prestige, reliability, trust and promotion.


San Antonio de Pichincha, also known as "the Middle of the World” is one of the most visited and important tourist, scientific, and cultural destinations in Ecuador. 


The Campaign “All You Need Is Ecuador” arrived in New York to dress two double-decker buses with its logo and slogan. They toured through the streets of Manhattan and landmarks of the city from the 13th to the 18th of May of this year aiming at raising expectations for Ecuadorian tourism in this important market.

The Guayas School Training Ship, considered the Itinerant Ambassador on the world's seas, sailed last May 12 from Guayaquil-Ecuador to begin its journey around the world bearing the logo “All You Need is Ecuador”.


The capital of Ecuador is the main arrival point for tourists and it has attracted interest from the US airline JetBlue Airways. The Minister of Tourism, Sandra Naranjo, and Dave Clark, JetBlue Airways Routes Planning Vice President, announced the airline intention to operate the Quito destination route to increase the flow of visitors between the US and Ecuador.


On Thursday May 14, the Minister of Tourism, Sandra Naranjo, presented at the Four Seasons, New York, the second phase of the international campaign "All You Need Is Ecuador" which starts on June 15.

Last Thursday, the Minister of Tourism, Sandra Naranjo Bautista, presented at the Crystal Palace located in the Itchimbía - Quito, the National Campaign "Ecuador Tourist Power" to promote a culture of hospitality and motivate Ecuadorians to know our country.


The Minister of Tourism, Sandra Naranjo, traveled to Ibarra on May 5 to participate in the opening session of the Community Tourism Minga, event held in the Auditorium of the Provincial Government of Imbabura.


The actions developed by the Ministry of Tourism are yielding results, according to the increasing number of tourists entering the country. The issue of connectivity reflects excellent results when working together with airlines as now there are more offers that travelers can buy to visit Ecuador and its multiple destinations. 



As part of the Road Show “All You Need Is Ecuador” that is taking place in the United States and Canada, representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Ecuadorian tour operators had a busy schedule during the first two days of the tour, which run from May 4 to the15, to promote in these important markets in North America our country located in the middle of the world.
